Cut-to-length

The following information shows typical properties and limits for our Cutting-to-Length.   

In some cases, it may be possible to extend these limits depending on type of steel, gauge, width or other parameters.

Capacities and Limits

• Coil Capacity:  60,000 lbs.   Maximum

• Width *:  19 in.   to 74 in.

• Gauge*:  0.0280 to ½ in.

• Herr Voss Leveler :  0.028 in.   to 0.135 in.

• Wean United Leveler : 0.135 in.   to 1/2"

• Inside Coil Diameter:  20 in.   to 40 in.

• Outside Coil Diameter: 39 in.   to 84 in.

• Cut Length:  25 in.   to 609.99 in
