A seamless steel pipe is a circular pipe having a hollow section and no seams around it. The seamless steel pipe is made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel ingot or solid tube blank, and then is made by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. Seamless pipes are considered superior to welded pipes as they are built using monolithic steel billets, with intrinsic mechanical strength, without seam welds.
Welded pipes used for oil and gas transmissions, it includes the pipes manufactured in seamless and welded (ERW, SAW). Materials covers API 5L Grade B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X65, X70, X80 PSL1 & PSL2 onshore, offshore and sour services.
ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipe is a straight seam electric resistance welded pipe, a steel pipe whose weld is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe, which is commonly used for oil, gas, water transmission, machinery manufacturing, etc. It has sturdy frame which is strong enough to make sure of the stable operation. And it is resistant to water, oxygen and corrosion, which is endurable with long life span.

Stainless steel pipe is mainly used for decorative tubes, industrial tubes and some shallow stretched products. Such as: oil waste gas combustion pipeline; Engine exhaust pipe; Boiler shell, heat exchanger and heating furnace components; Silencing parts for diesel engine; Boiler pressure vessel; Chemical transport vehicle; Expansion joint; Spiral welded pipe for gas furnace pipe and dryer, etc.

Welded neck flange (WN flange) has a neck and it is designed to transfer stresses to the pipe, thereby reducing high stress concentrations at the base of the flange. It is compatible to the pipelines that works in high or low temperature and bear high pressure. Specially for the pipe or the valves when PN is larger than 2.5 Mpa.
